Position the supports on the form per the drawings, before anyone is working overhead.

Fasten to the form or deck and load the service: conduit in the knockouts, pipe in the loops, boxes on the supports.

Pour
The concrete locks everything in place. Strip the forms and the services are exactly where the drawings say.
